12/40: Happy Ever After by Nora Roberts

Happy Ever AfterHappy Ever After by Nora Roberts
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

From Goodreads: One by one, the women of Vows wedding planning company have found their own perfect matches, eventually leaving PR director Parker Brown as the only loner. When her encounters with mechanic Malcomb Kavanaugh take an unexpected direction, she begins to wonder if she too has found her perfect match. A perfectly tied bow to an enchanting romance series.

I love a good wedding! This was the perfect end to the series. These books are so full of happiness you can't help but take a big sigh and feel warm and fuzzy.

Parker is the detailed one in the quartet. She has her life planned down to the detail. Whatever isn't on the plan she doesn't have time for. When Mal throws her off and she doesn't know what to expect, it sparks something between them. She is equally fighting against her own feelings and intrigued with him. Her icy way of telling men to back off doesn't work on him.

Malcolm doesn't know what to think about Parker, but he knows it's something he wants to explore. I loved his character. He's the right mix of bad boy and sweetheart. He works hard, loves his mother and has a charm that is hard to resist.

I loved their story and how perfect they were for each other. Once you get to know them a little deeper they are very alike, and just the right amount of different to make it work well.

As always, Roberts knows how to weave a love story that you can't help but fall in love with. Reading about the weddings they plan through the story has a magical feel to it. After reading this series through planning my own wedding and finishing it afterwards, it makes me want to marry my husband all over again!
